Mr PAUL CZISLOWSKI

Chief Executive Officer – Founder
Mr Paul Czislowski has more than 20+ years’ experience in resource and related accommodation services and is the founder, CEO and Chairman of the Landtrak Group. Having worked in the mining, chemical and mineral processing industries, Paul has excellent foresight and performs rigorous research in identifying new population growth areas that are driven by the demands of the expanding Gas, Coal and Mineral Sector. Staying ahead with utilising latest technologies in modular accommodation, cutting edge construction methods, green and eco-friendly systems in  developing sustainable communities is undoubtedly Paul’s passion.

Paul purchased his first property when he was only 18years old and it is this passion that has resulted in more than $200million worth of projects being developed to date. With commitment to excellence, Paul’s vision is for Landtrak to be a world leader in its field, typically setting the standards in the industry.

Mr ANDREW BRYCE

Director
Andrew is a corporate lawyer with extensive experience in the mining sector. He has worked at a number of nationally recognized law firms in equity and debt markets, corporate advisory and governance, and currently heads up a boutique law firm based in Melbourne.

Andrew has degrees in law, commerce, and science. His strong focus on corporate governance and attention to detail together with a commercial approach are valuable additions to the Landtrak Group.

Mr TONY SMITH

General Manager – Operations
Mr Tony Smith is well experienced within all aspects of the furnishing/furniture and building products Industries having exceeded 25years of fulltime involvement. Over this lifetime achievement, Tony now possesses all the necessary attributes required in the sourcing  of quality products both internationally and that of being manufactured in Australia.

Not only has Tony built up an impressive list of global contacts and key alliances with large corporations enabling him to now command the very latest in designs, colour, texture and functionality, but also the highest possible commercial quality of all products that meet each client’s wishes and demands and also has a proven track record of being able to deliver on time every time. Tony is very passionate about his role and is driven to be the leader in setting the standards required in this dynamic ever changing industry.

Mr NEVILLE BASSETT

Proposed Director & Corporate Governance
Neville Bassett is a Chartered Accountant operating his own corporate consulting business, specialising in the area of corporate, financial and management advisory services. Neville consults to a number of publicly listed companies and private company groups in a diversity of industry sectors such as stockbroking, property and resources. He is a director or company secretary of a number of public and private companies.

Neville has been involved with numerous public company listings and capital raisings. His involvement in the corporate arena has also taken in mergers and acquisitions, and includes significant knowledge and exposure to the Australian financial markets. Mr Bassett has a wealth of experience in matters pertaining to the Corporations Act, ASX listing requirements, corporate taxation and finance.

Neville is principal director of Westar Capital Limited, the holder of an Australian Financial Services Licence.

Neville is a Fellow of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia. He is State Chairman and National Director of a major not-for-profit organisation and a committee member of another community based organisation.

Mr TIM NEESHAM

Tim Neesham, has been actively involved in the finance industry for over 12years and has been specialised in corporate structuring, business planning and progressing companies all the way through asset acquisition, venture capital raising and then to Initial public offerings (IPO’s). Tim has had experience across the finance sector from investment adviser, administration, financial planning, designated training representative and nearly all capital market functions.

In 2009 he joined Cunningham Peterson Sharbanee Securities Pty Ltd, Trading as CPS Securities, a firm that is specialises in private equity, management consulting, corporate finance and capital markets specific to Australian based companies. Tim will hold an ongoing role in Landtrak through corporate and capital market advisory services and has a significant vested interest in its success having invested personally in the shares of the company.
